Looking for a fun and friendly end of season race? Ever wanted to participate in a triathlon or duathlon? Well the Fox Run DU is just perfect for you then! With 100% of the registration proceeds going directly to Special Olympics Delaware you can feel good about your race results and knowing you helped someone else achive a goal.

REGISTRATION
Online at Lin-Mark.com <click here>; day of (ADD $10) at the state park 7 a.m. Athletes MUST bring proof of annual USA Triathlon membership or purchase a one-day permit along with valid picture ID. Athletes who do not bring/show proof of membership must purchase a one-day OR will not be allowed to race.
- USAT Annual members: $50
- Non-USAT member: $60 (includes 1-day license fee)
- Relay Teams: $50 (add $10 for each 1-day license fee)
- Parking: $5
3 and it's Free!!!! The Fox Run DU wants to increase the race attendance and will PAY YOU to help us get the word out to your friends & family and break our current record of 111. For each new racer(new = has never raced The Fox Run DU) that you get to sign up for the Fox Run DU, you earn a cash back reward.......up to $50! We want to make it simple and keep the lawyers out of it so the rules are final - no exceptions; remember we are donating the registration procceds directly to Special Olympics Delaware.
Rule #1: You must register for The Fox Run DU as an adult (not valid w/ Under 21 discounted entry) to be eligible for any cash back rewards
Rule #2: During registration your name must be listed in the "Club/Affiliation" box. This can not be added later.
Rule #3: Only online registrations qualify for cash back rewards.
Rule #4: Earn $10 for 1st referal; earn an additional $15 for 2nd referal; earn an additional $25 for 3rd referal. That is $50 maximum.
Rule #5: Collect your cash back reward at the registration area when you sign in.
This race is a just one way that we give back to the cycling community and support those less fortunate. Please help us grow The Fox Run DU as an example of great racing and philanthropy.

THE RACE COURSE
3.1 mile run inside & near the scenic campground followed by a bicycle ride around the Delaware/Maryland border and back into the campground for another loop on the 3.1 mile run back to the finish line. The state police and park rangers, along with course marshals will be at the intersections providing directions and to make your race safe and enjoyable. Two aid stations are on the course for water & Gatorade: #1) transition zone run entrance/exit; #2) mile 1/mile 2 of run2

For online directions use 3500 Red Lion Road / Bear, DE 19701
- Take I-95 to Delaware and exit onto Route 896 south. Proceed to the 9th traffic light at Red Lion Road intersection and make a left onto Red Lion Road and follow to race site. Look for signs.
- Take Delaware Rt.1 and exit at Route 72(from north go right; from south go left) and proceed to traffic light at Route 71/Red Lion Road intersection and make a left. Follow to race site. Look for signs.

**RACE IS RAIN or SHINE**; Results will be posted at the race and online; Timing is provided by Lin-Mark using the Winning Time System; No refunds, transfers, or credits; all accidents and injuries must report to the medical tent for assistance if not life threatening; NO DRAFTING; race packet pick-up Friday(12th) from 5-7 p.m. or race day(13th) 7-8 a.m. MANDATORY USAT bike inspection on race day as you enter the transition zone. Parking will be inside the campground, please follow the instructions of the park rangers and the volunteers as they direct you in and out of the parking areas. If you do not have your parking pass you will have to pay the $5 parking fee before you enter the park - DO NOT FORGET YOUR PARKING PASS OR YOU WILL PAY TWICE - NO EXCEPTIONS. This 5K race will be one you remember most and the one you come back to again next year. Leave your running watch at home and come out and try to set your best time.....you will have your time scored by Lin-Mark using the Winning Time System - you know those cool ankle bands with the high-tech chip in it. Then stick around to cheer on the Special Olympics in the racer hospitality area. All this fun for only $10! Race time is 15 minutes after the duathlon start - around 9:15 a.m.
